Memberships (Player Priority, Featured Coach and Club Plan) and other purchases made through VellaCourt come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Our orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at support@vellacourt.net and we'll help. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Tournament and event entry
If the organiser cancels, or an event cannot go ahead (including because of weather), you can choose a transfer to another date or to have your entry payment returned. If an event is full or you were charged twice, we will return the extra payment.
For cancellations you make yourself, the organiser's rules shown on the event apply, together with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Coaching sessions
The cancellation notice for each coach or program is shown before you book. For Next Gen Doncaster, you need at least 6 hours' notice. Cancelling with less notice may mean you forfeit the session. If the coach cancels, you are not charged and can choose to reschedule, pick another coach, or receive a credit.
If rain or unsafe court conditions stop a session, the coach or program will offer a reschedule or credit.
